Overview
Pro100 AI operates pro100.ai to help businesses manage public profiles, reservations, appointments, Google Calendar integrations, and automatic Google Meet scheduling.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information, business profile details, reservation and appointment details, contact information, calendar event details, support messages, device/browser information, and usage data needed to operate and improve Pro100 AI.
Reservations and Appointments
Pro100 AI processes booking details such as business name, customer name, appointment date and time, party size, notes, status, and contact details to confirm bookings, manage availability, send notifications, and maintain booking history.
Google Calendar Integration
If a business connects Google Calendar, Pro100 AI uses the granted Google OAuth access only to create, update, read, or delete calendar events required to manage reservations and appointments requested through Pro100 AI.
Pro100 AI does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell Google Calendar data, and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve scheduling features, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
Google Meet Generation
When online appointments are enabled, Pro100 AI may request that Google Calendar generate a Google Meet link for the calendar event. The generated Meet link is used only so the business and customer can join the scheduled appointment.
Google OAuth Data
Google OAuth tokens are used to authenticate the connected Google account and perform authorized calendar actions. We request only the access needed for scheduling features selected by the business. Users may disconnect Google Calendar access through their account settings or Google Account permissions.
Pro100 AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Protection and Security
Pro100 AI protects Google OAuth data using encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side storage of OAuth tokens, access controls, and least-privilege access limited to personnel and services that need the data to provide the scheduling features. OAuth client secrets and tokens are not exposed in the browser or sent to customers. We monitor access and investigate suspected unauthorized access, and we require our service providers to protect data appropriately.
Retention and Deletion of Google Data
We retain Google OAuth tokens only while a user or business has an active Google Calendar connection and only for as long as needed to provide calendar synchronization. When the connection is disconnected, Pro100 AI revokes the Google authorization where possible and deletes the stored access and refresh tokens. Calendar event information created for a reservation is retained only as long as needed to manage that reservation and related records.
Users can disconnect Google Calendar from their Pro100 AI account settings or revoke access from their Google Account. To request deletion of remaining Google-related data, contact us at daniel@hacklatino.com. We will verify the request and delete the requested data unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.
